How to improve your launch-readiness score fast
A tactical guide to raising your Actuant launch-readiness score quickly — which checks to fix first by weight, how to chase partials for half-credit, and how to verify with re-runs.

Want the number up fast? Fix in weight order and chase the half-credit partials. Here's the exact sequence.
1. Sort your fails by weight
The audit weights checks unequally. Fixing a failed Analytics check (weight 16) moves the needle far more than a favicon (weight 3). Always start with the heaviest fail.
| If this is failing | Points at stake | Effort |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics | 16 | One script tag |
| Title & description | 8 | Two lines |
| Search indexing | 8 | Two files |
| AI-search visibility | 8 | One file |
| Social preview | 6 | Three meta tags |
| Readable without JS | 5 | Server-render the landing page |
| Payment path | 6 | A Stripe Payment Link |
2. Convert partials to passes
A partial already earns half the weight — finishing it is the cheapest full point on the board. "GTM present, add analytics" or "title present, add description" are minutes of work for real points.
3. Sweep the quick wins
Favicon (3), viewport (5), and a second social link (4) are near-instant fixes. Do them in one pass.
4. Re-run the audit to verify
The score is deterministic, so a re-run shows the exact delta. Fix, re-run, repeat — it's a closed feedback loop. If you're connected over MCP, your agent can fix and re-run in the same session.
On the Launch plan, Actuant opens the one-file fixes (metadata, llms.txt, sitemap, viewport, favicon) as a pull request you review and merge. Re-run the audit once it's merged to watch the score move.
